I believe God also has a word for you. I have a picture just as I was sitting there ‘cos I said “Lord, do you want me to pass on a word to the leaders of the church who work together with Ps Tay? He said, “Yes” and again it’s still the same scene – mountain climbing.

First there was this walking up the mountain and you all walked and later on you all were rushing together. Maybe that refers to your earlier history - things have come about.

Then you are coming now to a season where there are other mountains. It is not so easy to climb and some people say, “Let’s not climb any more. It’s so comfortable here. Let’s relax and conserve and maintain what we have and God says, “No, that’s the way to die.” You advance, you don’t maintain. You don’t even conserve.

Then I saw something else. As you try to climb up the mountain, one or two were climbing and saying, “Come on, climb up with me” but a lot of people say, “No, I’m not going to go up.” And you were just sitting there, just spending time talking, laughing, even having a picnic and some people still up there saying, “Come on, come on, let’s go up.” Then one thing I saw was these guys up there have ropes.

You know, when you climb mountains, it’s always a partnership – somebody goes ahead, puts the stakes in, then pull the people up but nobody wants to move. Then suddenly they realize they have to go to that mountain and I think God was saying to me also that leaders among you, there have to be a renewed sense of trust. Trusting God and (this is the important part) trusting one another.

Some of you, for some reason, have lost trust in your fellow leaders and God is saying to you, “No, you must learn to forgive, you must learn to come together again and help each other climb, climb higher. So you don’t climb alone up the mountain to possess the land. It’s a team work together. As the ropes are tied one to another then you will go up. Once you go up there together with your pastor, Hey, it’s going to be great, it’s going to be fantastic.

The other word I got for you and for the whole church is “The new season is not of addition. It’s not arithmetic – adding, adding but it’s multiplication. Won’t you accept that from the Lord? Multiplication! God says that He’s going to multiply leaders, very important, multiply spiritual leaders. He’s going to multiply ministries. He’s going to multiply conversions, multiply healings and deliverances and multiply (very important) congregations. God is going to use you to plant a lot of churches in Singapore and beyond. Lots of them too. So this is a church that is like an Antioch - gearing people, equipping people to go out and plant new churches for the Lord.
