Why we Praise & Worship the way we do?
We praise Him be the lifting up of our hands! "Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord." Ps 134:2 "I want men everywhere to LIFT UP HOLY HANDS..." 1 Tim 2:8
We praise Him with the shout! "SHOUT TO GOD with the voice of triumph" Ps 47:1 "SHOUT WITH JOY to God, all the earth!" Ps 66:1 We praise Him with clapping "O CLAP YOUR HANDS, all ye people..." Ps 47:1 We praise Him with singing "SING PRAISES to God, SING PRAISES; SING PRAISES; SING PRAISES to our King, SING PRAISES. For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise." Ps 47:6-7
We praise Him with musical instruments! "Praise Him with the sounding of trumpet... harp and lyre... tambourine... strings and flute... praise him with resounding cymbals" Ps 150:3-5 We praise Him with leaping and jumping! "...she saw King David LEAPING and DANCING before the LORD" 2 Sam 6:16 "Then he went with them into the temple courts, WALKING and JUMPING, and PRAISING God." Acts 3:8
