We need the anointing to be effective in ministry
   (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:5,8; Acts 10:38 )

Jesus commanded us to receive the anointing before ministry work. “…God anointed Jesus… with the Holy Spirit and power… he went around healing all who were under the power of the devil…” Acts 10:38

 

The anointing breaks the yoke and sets people free
   (Isa 10:27 ; Luke 4:18 -19)

“…he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners…” Luke 4:18

 

We receive fresh anointing daily by praying in the Spirit
   (Ps 92:10; Jude 1:20 )

“…build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit.” Jude 1:20

 

We keep the anointing by having intimacy with God
   (1 John 2:27 )

“…the anointing you received from him remains in you …just as it has taught you, remain in him.”

 

The anointing is transferable by laying of hands
   (2 Tim 1:6; Deut 34:9)

“…the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” 2 Tim 1:6
