Bethesda Cathedral was built according to the vision God gave to Pastor Tay Cheng Kee on 26 May 1987 in USA. By the grace of God, the $8 million majestic, white church was completed in Nov 1995.

In the year 2000, God once again give us the direction to expand our sanctuary. Expansion work commenced with the demolition of wing block on 7 Sep 2000. On 29 Mar 2002, we had our first worship service in the expanded building,
